the stock market doesn' t respond to any law of economy, it just responds to one rule.......until there's a herd to shave it will keep rising which is what it's currently doing. Looking around at stocks, it's difficult to think next year will be different apart possibly a correction in January going through Spring and then......up again till the end of the year. After that bull over in my opinion.

that it doesn' t respond to the laws of economy, I figured it out the second day I started trading......and if it doesn' t respond to the laws of economy it means it is artificially pumped, can you figure it out ?

by the way the sense of my post was......pay attention because although under any indicator it might seem at extreme bullish levels, the stock market can stay irrational for many months to come.........the weak point of all the indicators I have seen is that they signal the extremes but they fail to signal how much time the stock market remains at extreme levels.

If you take a look at that chart of U of Michigan Consumer Sentiment that SemiBizz posted, you can see that relationship is completely broken now. Martin Armstrong build his whole career around Economic Confidence Model----something is going to give to bring that chart into equilibrium - his model works.
