semis holding up market they are near a top

Near a top or not, they are frothy.
There should be other opportunities where a greater return is likely over the next 3-6 months.

I think the only thing getting whacked are the small stocks, Biden is trying to put out of business. Percent bullish on the NDX is at 64 right now.
