Anyone with 1 ounces of common sense could have figured that out. Israel is overwhelmingly vaxxed.

The population of vaxxed is 10 times bigger than unvaxxed. So why is it difficult to figure out more vaxxed will be infected? Does everyone know that vaccines do NOT build a valve in nose to stop virus material? Vaccine's only role is to create extra stock of anti-bodies to fight the virus AFTER the infection takes place. That is why Flagler hospital had less vaxxed people seriously ill to need hospitalization. See chart below.

 

IDK the stats from UK, so can't opine on situation there. But you do make a good point, that the people running out to get vaxxed are the obese and those with serious health issues. Healthy young people are fearless and are not running out to get jabbed.

 

Recent results from a REAL American hospital in Florida are eye opening.

From your first to your third line, you conflated rate ( i.e., per 100,000) with number. They're not the same. If twice as many jabbed per 100,000 than non-jabbed per 100,000 are dying, that's suspicious. Also, the chart represents all-cause deaths, not Covid deaths, and not infections.

I think I am operating with the right method to avoid covid infection WITH SERIOUS SYMPTOMS.

My 2 shots were in Feb & March. After that I began visiting large stores, small stores, large restaurants, small restaurants, doctor's offices for vision & minor aches (had knee pain and pain near elbow). 

In those joints I was visiting, I am sure I was getting small doses of covid virus floating in air.

But the vaccines gave me enough anti-bodies to fight evolving into serious symptoms.

In September was on a Caribbean cruise, again no covid symptoms.

Point is, vaccines enabled me to resume normal life, and kept building more natural immunity with each dose of virus.

Had my booster last Saturday since I am booked on another Caribbean cruise a week from today.

I appreciate being able to enjoy 3 or 4 cruises every year again, which would not be possible without fully vaccinated docs.

But the vaccines gave me enough anti-bodies to fight evolving into serious symptoms. Again, maybe. Your big advantage is that you keep up on your physical activity where many your age do not...so that's a plus as it helps your immune system do its job without the need for bells and whistles.

 

BTW...I've been able to do everything you've done over the last 20 months without a shot or a mask. I continue to shake the hands of everyone I meet. We've even had visitors from California and New York City stay at our home on several occasions and, like you say, "nothing burger". If I had to guess on the percentage that had been poked who have stayed here for multiple days I would say 30% of them. So...it all depends on how your handle yourself. I, myself, miss cruising, but I'll be dam-ed if I will be made a slave to those who have unreasonable fears. I can spend my money elsewhere. Same with the airlines and hotels. Great thing about all this as I now have the largest number of points I've ever had where I can hopefully redeem for future travel plans once all this ridiculous mass hysterical behavior comes to an end.

 

All this for a pathogen that has killed less than 2% of the global world population? The total destruction of a global economies and direct social interaction?? Talk about overkill....wow!

After getting vaxxed its not about getting COVId again. If you read enough of the medical stories out there, its whether you have gaslighted your immune system (particularly the auto immune sector). Its about getting nearly every other medical problem under the sun. COVId is the least of your worries.
