Interesting article:

Desperate Patients Are Shelling Out Thousands for a Long Covid Cure. Is It for Real?

Two doctors, their unusual treatment program, and the “wild bisons” who swear by it.

Patterson offers a treatment protocol that he describes as being specifically tailored to a patient’s test results—often a combination of off-label medications including blood pressure medications, steroids, an HIV medication called maraviroc, and the controversial antiparasitic drug ivermectin

Anesthesiologist, Dr. Ram “Yo” Yogendra, tells me the team is now moving away from ivermectin because low-dose steroids work just as

well. (treating symptoms)

But if you’re ever tempted to do something risky—choral singing with a few dozen friends in a basement, say, or perhaps an impulsive trip to the mosh pit—you might first consider visiting one of the dozens of long-haul Covid online support groups for a quick reality check. There, hundreds of thousands of members congregate to offer encouragement and commiserate over a dizzying list of ghastly symptoms. Some haven’t been able to get out of bed for a year or more. Others find digesting food so difficult that they have to use a feeding tube to stay alive. Many have had to stop working because they can no longer think clearly. Then there are the reports of people who have been so tormented by their experiences that they have died by suicide.

I am sure some had severe enough symptoms to cause damage and symptoms of long COVID, but I am also sure the mind is pretty powerful, so if you're constantly freaked out about COVID, decent chance you'll be short of breath and develop other issues.  I had a fullblown panic attack around a decade ago, and I can tell you, it's incredible what your mind can do to your body and your interpretations. Mine made me mimic the feeling of a heart attack. Left side of the body was numb and tingling, went to the ER and everything... because of a vicious cycle of panic.

Fearless Forecast: with the current variant now starting to wane, look for a new and more scary version of COVID-19 to be introduced by the end of January to keep the fear factor, and therefore the mandates, going into the spring.

So easily predictable…though my “Spidey Sense” tells me that another “porn variant” is still coming by the end of the month: https://tinyurl.com/2p94na2e

Keep wearing those masks folks…they’re working so well!

As a licensed Medical Grower...I was interested in this report about the possible benefits of THC-V

But...THC-V for COVID? Probably not!

The potential benefits of THCV

The researchers also noticed the fraction was associated with pro-inflammatory activity in macrophages, which could potentially lead to a worsening of the “cytokine storm” seen in severe Covid-19 patients. As a result, the study authors urge extreme caution in proposing that cannabis treatments could be useful for Covid-19 patients, when further research and study is clearly needed. Again, it should be stressed that no healthcare personnel or patients should be using cannabis for the purpose of Covid-19 prevention or treatment.

But here's a story about the potential benefits of THC-V such as:

Appetite suppression and obesity

Diabetes

Anti-inflammatory

Seizure and motor control (epileptic activity)

In the United Kingdom, THCV is still considered a cannabinol derivative and is listed as a Class B drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and a Schedule 1 drug under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. The issue of THCV being included under these rules was brought to ministers at least twice by the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, but presently THCV has remained in Class B and Schedule 1 with “no recognised medicinal benefit in the UK” and can only be researched under a special license awarded by the Home Office.

.My main point with these vaccines has always been that they are a big nothing burger in causing adverse effects.

I again suggest you look around for information that may not be so easily attainable (FWIW): https://tinyurl.com/2d4h375c

I thought it might be of interest to pass this information along with regard to whether these mandated experimental shots are increasing mortality rates or not:

Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.”

The link you provided offers data about the excess deaths reported but nothing to suggest that these have any connection to vaccinations. In fact, there is evidence to the contrary - ie that places with the lowest vaccination rates report the most excess deaths. For example, do you find it curious that the excess deaths were highest among those who are under 18-49 who have the lowest vaccination rates and far fewer excess deaths among the most vaccinated group, the elderly?

It may be of interest to learn that excess mortality was low from March 2021 onwards in the U.S as a rapid vaccination campaign was initiated. This was true for countries around the world as well. (details in link below from The Economist). "Some Nordic nations have experienced almost no excess deaths at all. The exception is Sweden, which imposed some of the continent’s least restrictive social-distancing measures during the first wave."

Also, from The Economist, "A handful of rich countries elsewhere publish regular mortality data. They tend to have negative excess mortality. Australia and New Zealand managed to eradicate local transmission after severe lockdowns. Taiwan and South Korea achieved the same outcome through highly effective contact-tracing systems. Israel has experienced some excess deaths, but has also outpaced the rest of the world in vaccinating its population, with promising results."

There are many charts for each of the states in this article with a clear pattern of the states with low vaccination rates and less than optimal reporting seem to have the highest percentages of excess mortality rates:

Also informative is this summary article on the topic in Scientific American that suggests a few reasons for excess mortality rates and concludes that "“There is a clear and compelling pattern whereby places with the most vaccine hesitancy and the lowest vaccine uptake are the same communities that had the most excess deaths not assigned to COVID,”
