There's some exciting new evidence surfacing as to how people can permanently alter their behaviour. Let's face it, our MINDS control what we are willing to DO ... what ACTIONS we are willing to take. And it is only by taking ACTION that we not only lead a more fulfilling life, but are also more able to contribute something to this world. Many of us "know" what we could do to improve our health, but we may not be able to do it ... on a consistent basis. But there are ways to change that. To adopt better health habits.
If more people could learn how to take consistent ACTION toward worthwhile goals ... we would all, as a culture, benefit.

The exciting thing for me, personally, is that I've finally found a way to stop competing with conventional medicine. This psychological approach is not a substitute for medical care, but a useful and effective complement to it. Even the health insurance companies love it.
Back to work for me. The vision is too exciting to abandon.
