This has to be the silliest nonsense I have heard in years.

Yeh, let's forget how moving brothels were provided for soldiers etc since time began.
The poor secret service personnel, are apparantly not allowed "time off".
Being moved around and probably finding it hard to have a family let alone a girlfriend, they are banned from LEGAL activities.
I agree that if these activities were happenning ON DUTY that is a case to answer.
The old idea that activity with prostitutes OR being homosexual making you vulnerable to blackmail is passe.
A girlfriend or wife or friend can just as easily "debrief" you.
