It all wrapped up and made sense when I learned, the bill includes, +15,000 IRS agents.

Now I understand Kangaroo Roberts.


Law states that only the house can originate TAX. The senate then passes a new tax secondly.

The house bill stated Penalty. The senate passed "Penalty".

Roberts changed it to TAX, outrageous violation of LAW, that only House can Original Tax.

Now you could get life in prison, for a Victimless Marijuanna STATUE, nothing will happen to "you know who" Kangaroo for violating LAW.


The operation then, was to put the whole thing under jurisdiction of IRS, with lien and levy powers outside of

due process. Sort of implies there is not plan to replace FED and IRS, in 2013 at end of FED charter.

And it would be the 1st Tax that was not contingent on having any income, unreal.



I'm have been doing alot of studying on these things overall, I am not expert.

When you get your healthcare card, you will first do an "application". You have to apply to relinquish your rights,

this way the corporation did not violate your rights and it is legal.

All these things are "applications".


Your card will be barcoded and linked to your bank account, subject to lien and levy by IRS.

When you sign both application and card, write with your name, " reservation of rights" and "exempt from levy"

these are techniques used by students of the UCC, Uniform commercial code. Because when you sign these contracts

with the corporation, the contract supercedes all your rights. This way you have preserved you un-alien-able rights.

It might not help you in the Crown Corporation kangaroo courts but you have laid the precident.
