and here is the fundamental argument which I have myself researched and followed and fully agree with, IMO it is not "if" it is "when"

Yuppers Senor. Pretty much like you mentioned in a previous thread. I am thinking like you are. Natgas will be a huge winner and.........it will most likely be sooner rather than later. Thanks for posting that article.

Best to you. :)

To reinforce how cheap this area is look at China buying Canadian Nexen energy this morning for a cool 15 billion. These guys know how to buy low.

Not done yet but isn't that a possible cup-and-handle forming on the right side of the chart?

Snap back to the line. Kind of a moment of truth.

And what is that down volume blast last week? The last of the sellers? New bears coming out of hibernation? News?

THIS GUY thinks he knows. <_<

Good luck and good trading.

Not happy with the break of those trend lines nor the plop below what should have become support at 19.76 or so (maybe this is starting to look like the UNG dog we've known now for years), but took a small long today mostly on the CCI uptick and that little surge of volume with a stop below yesterday's low and trailing until it breaks that downtrend line if it can.

Good luck and good trading.

Natural Gas divergences remain and now in corrective - still clearly 3 waves UP on the weekly chart - 38.2% FIB level being tested - still room towards $2.60 and the 50% FIB (this looks good for symmetry as well!) - SEE CHARTS ABOVE

Equities I own:

new position last week (swing trade)

http://stockcharts.c...91589&r=497.png

Average cost basis $18.75 (long-term) - 50% position - next buy when $23.16 (38% FIB) is cleared
http://stockcharts.c...61002&r=972.png

Average cost $39.50 (long-term) - 75% position - next buy when triangle breakout is retested around $44
http://stockcharts.c...46449&r=167.png

Average Cost $19.25 (long-term) - 50% position - next buy when $25.54 (23.6% FIB) is cleared

Equities I'm watching:

Note: Long-term for me is 1-3 years (used to be 3-5 years or more) In trying to "build" positions I use stops on intitial buy-ins and when I add - once the action is positive I will maintain a "core" position without stop and just use stops on the adds portion.

Added SD on this week's breakout:

Current move should carry toward $9 before hesitation - then towards $12-13 before "major" pullback. Once and if $15 is surmounted - SD will be free to run back towards all-time highs. One step at a time!

PS Thanks Senor BS for putting this one on my radar screen!
