Just curious how cyprus style capital controls fit for americans. They might just use irs national standard spending allowance which is almost same as ch 13 bankruptcy spending allowance. Which probably came out of the same committe that votes themselves raises and lives in the highest per capita county of the country. I just looked it up, it is 50,080 annual for family of 3, for example out of pocket medical allowance is $63/mo. Some categories, they give you the allowance without proof, cars and housing are actual, to the extent your actual comes in under allowance your allowance is reduced. You get 2 cars per household, not one car per job, for example. The beauty for them, someone not operating under national allowance budget might not be making mortgage or property tax payment because the car to get to work is not fungible, and they get the property. Did I mention never own property in the absence of property rights.
