Ried means that you are a state national citizen, but then voluteered to be a dual DC citizen, by voting, or checking

Anyone who took a SS# before age 18, is probably exempt by fraud.
Since the state national status is codified, it is done legally with no problem, Bork has all the necessary paperworkand he says it takes all of one day.The only limitation I have found is to get a liscense plate,which I can just handle by keeping cars titled in my wife's name. No bank will understand law so it is hard to get a bank account without SS#, so you have to take the Title 8, USC 242 to their law dept and fight it out.
What it then means is that you are then exempt from all their unlawful private corporate statue "color of law", and you come underoriginal constitution Law up to 13 ammend only.
I will probably do it directly when they start killing people which they are openly but I mean wide open like they instigated war between the states, and I would
certainly do it immediately at any moment they default on SS and defraud my 200k income stolen, plus interest.
I think the way it goes from here is a pincher move on the median working poor,

I am pretty sure that every bankrtupty/default/currency failure results in genocide as I have been studying
