I erased what I had written about some of these other folks and so called "gurus", perhaps my age coming through :rolleyes: :o . The core group here on this site does better analysis and is so much more flexible and realistic and willing to consider all possibilities than any of those blankety blanks. That's all I got to sat on that matter.

The bearish view, at least until those oscillators go to the bottom range, the daily chart is somewhat bullish though so a bounce up first perhaps..

The Fibo timing relationship projected from the 1980 top and 1999 low is what I used to close remaining longs and go short right at the highs in 2011 (as posted at the time on this board). He's using a weekly chart, but it topped on the exact day of .618 time expansion as measured in trading days.

My analysis doesn't currently show August as important timing in the metals.

just to add what i am seeing on the charts of some of the stronger stocks like rgld and au is that this decline is just about over. and it has not been impulsive and i have been trying to find it impulsing down and it isnt. so not impulsive has to be corrective.

pnf is also projecting new lows for some of the gold stock indices...go figure.
