Last two trigger almost 2 years ago 12/31/2012 and 1/02/2013 those kicked off the 2013 run up.
Remember during the QE’s from 2009 thru 2012 we had a couple every other other month or so.

Last Thursday the 18th had 2nd Zweig 9 to 1 signal. The first was 14.27 to 1 and 2nd was 8.2 to 1 and that's close enough for me.
