41.61 still in play.

a lot of levels are in play, that is one of many, new closing (not print) low in HUI and XAU today, 2nd consecutive daily RSI divergence against a lower price low - I am thinking 4/5 and another 4/5 basis daily charts, key juncture

with the current decent reversal off early lows possible deep wave ii's complete this morning in HUI and GDX and same in gold overnight as silver so far continues to outperform. AEM was down big after earnings going to a major new low (possible wave 5 daily) and is also reversing nicely back higher - Nem doing the same after its new decline low. GG with better than expected earnings came close to a new low and is also coming back up nicely. Miners seem resistant to go much lower at least for now, "if' this mornings lows were actually wave ii's then there are no excuses as prices should move rapidly higher, IMO decent chance that could happen,as always DYODD Senor

HUI today has registered a marginal new major decline low and so far no new low in XAU, GDX, and especially GDXJ. Possibly doing another daily 4/5 subdivision here and divergences continue again "so far", would guess that GDX and XAU probably make new lows late today/tomorrow. I think we are "close" to bottoming but this is bottom fishing pure and simple Senor

Some interesting capitulation data on gold and miners from Bob Hoye in the same time frame as Hadiks cycles are due, and with most (including many gold bulls) looking for sub 1000 this stuff "might" support the case for an important low well above the 900-1000 area, we will see

Still sticking with the plan. If they dip it to sub 42 levels, I'll go long for a trade. Don't expect a change in overall sentiment towards metals but I would expect at least a reaction.

bueno action, I should go camping and mtn biking more often! Just got back home after 3 days with no Internet/computer, maybe I should have stayed away longer eh? All the stuff I've been harping on finally lead to this huge turn higher, heckuva good looking move so far, long and strong BSing away Senor
