and the implications for gold are very positive. in the 70s bull oil and gold moved together!

So oil has been in a bull market since the 1998 low
Amd recently we have a double bottom that is 8 years apart providing massive foundation
Is oil going to move up and spike to new all time highs ?
We are in a war cycle now and a massive supply disruption could cause a spike
But Martin Armstrong says oil will be capped and not go to new lifetime highs because of battery powered cars etc
