that is my best guess after looking at a lot of charts
i think the hui will bottom somewhere around 184 on oct 24 that is my best guess
want to change that count i think 3 of c ended on the 11th

that is what I have been thinking as well, only difference is that IMO it's 60/40 that wave 4 is done, but in the end it makes little difference
