Also note the much lower volume today, bullish statement.  Today is the XAU low that was projected from last July from my oscillator as was posted on this board back then...

Looking back in mid July there were a few other posters calling a top other than myself,  Tria, Kimston, Smitty and perhaps others, let me know if I missed you. I originally said Oct/Nov low and then updated it to a late Nov. low and a few days ago I decided it looked like today, even though I did go long on nugt yesterday.

You're welcome Dougie,  this is a great forum and I do also like to bounce my ideas off of other's work and hopefully learn.

Great call! My fingers are crossed that today was it. I bought a 1/4 position in NUGT.

Good luck to you and me, I am a little underwater right now as I bought late yesterday but we'll see.

actually Russ only the HUI made a new intraday and closing low below nov 14 low, XAU/GDXJ/GDX (failed by 2 ticks) all held above their previous Nov. 14 intraday lows while the GDX and GDXJ along with the HUI all made new daily "closing" lows - a mixed bag here and enough for Senor's "ugly bottom"? we;ll see

Senor,

Only HUI made a new low compared to Nov. 14  and let's not forget GDM (nugt is based on it) which also did not make a new low...
