SilentOne, thanks for this. Is there any chance you could post the highlights?
Good trading to you.

We've seen a cycle low for the HUI (16 week cycle) and gold last week. Not sure how bullish this cycle will be. Likely entered into a choppy consolidation with a high in March if bullish, then another decline into late March/April for a very important low. That should be a 15 month low for the sector and see a strong leg up into late 2017. Short term Hurst targets have already been met today at HUI ~195. Look at the dashed line in the Sentient Trader charts for projected path.
cheers,
john

Thanks for the post John, my work is in agreement with you, we saw the low in Dec. and now there should be high in March. Same view different methods. Happy New Year to you! Russ

Hi Geomean,
Yes I did pin that low. I don't have time right now to work on the HUI phasing, but yes I have looked at other scenarios and one in particular is an early 15 month low (Dec) to match the 34 week cycle low in July vs a longer cycle period. This idea of using a different nominal model for the miners vs gold is a bit unclear at the moment. I'll try to update the next day or two. Have to expect some consolidation for the moment this week.
cheers,
john

Thanks John. DeMark's TD Propulsion (TDP) indicator threshold (the .236 retrace from the 2016 high) in @GC is 1186.446, 1186.44 was hit today. A move above the threshold would then project a minimum on this initial leg per the TDP use of the .414 sacred (log spiral) ratio retrace of the last swing of 1233.36. Let us know if you post updated charts. As always, your work product is well worth study. Thanks John. Geomean,
Here is an update on ABX. It has made a 15 month cycle low, so that supports the fact that Dec. was the intermediate low we've been looking for. See post from yesterday and good analysis from others that chimed in.
cheers,
john
