THE BOND WAIT
My short-term technical work suggests bonds will be unable to move lower on this move. Cover the short position at the market. I expect bonds to move back up to near 114 ˝ before they’re able to mount the expected move down. We’ll just have to wait for that opportunity later.
In stocks, a number of key indicators have bullish divergences, specifically the Tricks and PCDI indicators. The bottom is taking its time forming, as it awaits the Spiral Calendar date cluster as I outlined at the beginning of the week. We’re close enough to that low to move to a long position at the market in U.S. stocks. Use a 10-point stop basis the March S&P 500 future.
