fwiw, if it had not been for the wide spread between the fast line and the signal line on the right chart of my short-term momentum model, i would have had a signal trigger today. even until the end of the day, there was a chance that my system could have triggered a SAR, if the rally that took place into the close didn't stick. as for tomorrow, there are some economic numbers due out prior to the open, so what will become of the current globex gap is uncertain, but for the moment, it appears that tomorrow could be a follow-through to this afternoon's late-day rally... we shall see. as for my system stuph... it remains long from ES 1172.50. i'm also including the weekly long-term momentum model. you will note that the blue line is coming down nicely... perhaps just one more sell-off next week, and we could have a decent bottom from which to rally... at least from a momentum perspective. note also the faster signal line, if you extend the fuschia line upward, i would guess that it may serve as support for another upward turn... but as always... twt. --tsharp
