Every year, the Gold Bugs spike Gold into the end of a commodity contract or stock option expiry a couple times.
Sometimes, it's spectacular. 2-3 years ago, May Option Expiry saw the Metal Up over 18 points!
It is probably due to some Hedge Funds fooling around in concert. It makes beautiful music!
