The turn in the $gold:$xau ratio is telling us something --- what ??
Ive had a long-term target on GLD of 52.7, which is the lowest unfilled gap.
At the same time, volume spike high ==> no question that GLD will take out its prior highs of 72+
So the trading range is 52-72.
Meanwhile, USD hitting resistance levels here and $TYX is headed DOWN.

My thinking as well, Chili, and I was all set to buy back................got distracted and one thing lead to another and then a phone call about some of my insurance and before you know it the trading day was over and I missed my opportunity today. But I will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

USD failure here would coincide well with $gold's turnaround (so far) tonite in Asia trading.
Wed am close > 562 will bring in physical buyers.
Golddealer.com dude reported this afternoon that he was "swamped" with buy orders FWIW.
Calling all goldbugs:
$gold already back up > 560 tonite in Asia trading.
562+ (yesterday's close) is the magic number for Wed am ---
USD close < 85 would seal the deal.

As I wrote earlier -
Gold
Gold you cad, don't make me sad
You slid and slipped and
Whooshed and dipped
Predicting now, ANOTHER trip
It's time to turn, it's time to rise
Heading up to bluer skies
Rise to hills, to mountain mix
No more diving, no more tricks
Oh precious metal, have your say
As long as outcome, is MY way
Don't dilly dally, here and there
Be firm, be sure, be up the stair
And I will chuckle, I will laugh
To watch you rise, compared to cash
Cuz coins I own, a shiney bunch
And I say UP ... it's just a hunch
