one other thing, at this point the cartel has kept gold prices in check. the usa is a young country and has not gone through currency upheavls the way europe and much of the world has. when the time comes, the rats will jump ship and it will be each for himself. spain, portugal, and italy are essentially broke so they may continue to sell gold, but the others it will be talk. i too think the 8/16 lows will hold. a major buy was issued by the xau/gold ratio @.18 i dont think we are out of the woods yet. but i am enjoying today. dharma
