Can someone tell me what this means? Does the next arrow come at the next full moon or some predetermined time? thanks scott

scott, The next arrow will be a down arrow on 03/20 which is a new moon. The next up arrow will be on 03/06 which is a full moon...and so on as per his schedule at the right of the chart. I love following it.
