Stopped out of FSM at $5.70 - adding back 'starter position' now today - looks way overdone - but reminds me "why I use stop-losses":

from the low to the recent high in gld , the .618=160.72 if this is a wave 2 then the correction is quite normal for a wave 2. gdx, hui, gld all oversold on hourly charts. i doubt 1523 gets tested bfore new highs are seen. that was a major significant low i see 08 served its purpose, making a deep lasting impression . maybe we get a redeux for wave4 my #s will not change and remain viable 1659 and 1640 i dont think we close below 1640, but it is not a stone wall tomorrow based on the market action on the 1523 lows , traderama and i have come up w/tomorrow as an opportunity to put in a low. no this date was projected as a result of the december 29th low. stubaby, fwiw, we are on the same page. that feeling is unmistakable the sentiment on the miners is @an extreme seen @lows, not @a point in the decline. but , @lows dharma

techically the gold miners look more like 2008 every day i keep hearing its differnt this time.

the thing is xau/gld is lower today then in was @the lows of 08 not so for hui/gld or gdx/gld. this tells me marginal miners are going to be in trouble, explorers who have marginal resources are going to have trouble raising money. those w/poor management track records will have trouble raising financing. all of this will create shortages of supply down the road there are daily divergences from oversold in the mining indexes. we will see what this shapes up to be dharma

I have had that feeling today that I was lined up against the wall, hood over head and hands tied behind the back, then I hear "ready-aim", the grande Q is will I hear "fire" or did they just take it and me to the limit? Uno more point, daily RSI is so far not comfirming new lows in HUI, XAU, and GDX, but of course that could change. NO BS Senor
