Specifically, this is the decline to another 70 week cycle low and the previous one was August of 2011. So, I think the oversold conditions should be compared within that scope although the intensity may not be the same. I actually expect about 100 points lower.

On the cash we appear to be going to the lower band, then perhaps a ride.

Maybe. This is just a short term indicator. Can produce quite a bounce before it resets. But of course with the market being held hostage by politicians, its anyone's guess. Can play out like August 2011.

Politicians were a sideshow, the catalyst was the credit downgrade.

The high came in within 15mins of our turn for the morning. Now bulls you must breach 1409 since we failed the pivot close. That may have been the high of the day.
