Maybe for a little bit.
Otherwise the Dollar is in a long term bull market now. Japan and yen are going to collapse, Britain and British pound aren't looking healthy and Euro is going to break up and will likely not exist at all a few years from now. Euro isn't a sustainable currency. It doesn't allow re-balancing in Europe in its present form and will lead to massive social tensions, and eventual break up.
