With today's SPX breakout it is now very likely to see SPX 2300 before/on Jan. 20.

From here we should see a final push toward the end of day or a gap-up Monday morning............

I guess it's too close to DOW 20K (the dogs are getting to close to the bait) and "they" have to call it off for now........

For a short term trader there are many tops and bottoms in a year and I'd not to use the word "final" for a top or bottom as nothing is final in this market. But for a person like you who seems to buy and hold forever no top exists. The only problem is you can have your account wiped out when market crashes, that does happen once in a while.
