i was looking , but dont see a H+S that measures 250 pts. i am probably not awake yet.
what i do see is a likely bounce,rally.The strenght or lack of it will tell us a lot about the next quarter.
BKX looks indeed weak but very oversold and should see ~94 next.but TWT.
