Well, they probably KNEW Trump was going to waffle on signing the bill...
And probably KNOW whether it is just a ploy or he means it...
I guess we'll all find out in a few minutes...
and maybe the market doesn't care about it and is more concerned with developments in the European Banking sector...

Not much chance today. The invincible techs like AMZN, NVDA, and MU are very heavy and have more to go. This tape wont allow any sharp bounce here. But you could mean ES +3.

Covered daytrade just off the 2600 lows. Still loaded with crash Puts vertical spread 248/220 bought earlier.
