the long term support line from 2009  is near 1250

Yes, I see the RUT in wave-c:iv and 1350 should become support, but then wave-v:5:V back upward to new ATHs...

There just hasn't been rate hikes with the RUT looking this bad in terms of the moving averages.....atleast based on what I've looked at going back to 2000.  That just covers what might happen on Dec 19.  Forget about 2019 if the Fed actually goes thru with 3 more hikes next year.  This is like a NASCAR blown engine with the Fed and the economy, considering the tax reform that's been done.  Down years are possible, but the circumstances on this one would be beyond belief.  The DJIA and SPX are already there right now.
