remains on a buy. NYSE 21 day breadth consolidated oct/nov/dec. had the 21 day breadth indicator remained near the zero line or went negative as INDU turned up to new highs a sell signal would have been given, (negative 21 day breadth with new INDU highs would have been a major sell). the indicator has shot back up, confirming the uptrend continues. the INDU 21 day sma has provided support.

RUT made new all time highs early dec, consolidated/corrected (very minor) thru rest of dec into early jan low. IMO typical yr end cross currents as portfolios switch around. now RUT at new all time highs on a breakout of the consolidation.

IMO NASD is just a sector index. those who might disagree have only a brief time span of market experience and market history from the 90's onward to argue the case. one sector does not make the market.
