NDX is up 9 points before market open. In the pre-hours tech stocks I'm watching are up a little bit but not proportional to the NDX move. Anyone can explain how this game is played?

Generally, news or overseas markets being up since last night's close has made futures players overly optimistic... this would be exacerbated if futures closed at a discount to fair value yesterday and are now trading at a premium to fair value.
