I believe you guys use TradeStation. If you would kindly pull up a chart of TLT in TradeStation and compare it to that in stockcharts. Do you guys have any idea why the huge difference in the data? I think most data venders would look like Stockcharts which concerns me since I use TS most. I assume you two as well. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

here stockcharts version of TLT

Hmmm, I see what you mean. I have TLT data in Trade Station only back four years but you're right, the data is several poinits, nearly 10 , apart at various highs and lows in the past. I wonder if there's a capital gains pay out in there some where that's not been adjusted either at TS provider or Stockcharts? Have you asked Trade Station and/or Stockcharts about this? Interesting stuff.

I haven't called them yet but I will. I've always assumed everyone is looking at the same data when looking at the same ticker. this is the firs time I have seen this and it's troubling.

ps. you can change the time span by right clicking the chart, go to format symbol, go to settings. get all the data that way.

I don't use Tradestation, but the chart you have posted from stockcharts.com is way off from what I have. I use Ensign with historical data from DTN. I have noticed other situations where stockcharts fabricates the data where they don't have actual trading for a period of time...like in the USO for instance. Personally I wouldn't rely on stockcharts. IT

Stockcharts is almost identical to what atilla is using. More on this later.
