On the other hand, imagine the consequences of -- somehow -- closing below both lines.

LOL. After living and trading through this crisis (maybe only halfway over so far) which was caused in a lot of ways because of lack of recognition of risk, I find the usage of the above words amusing.

That was maybe just a bit of hyperbole for the headline. I can believe anything.
