EPA classifies milk as oil, forcing costly rules on farmers

the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is classifying milk as oil because it contains a percentage of animal fat, which is a non-petroleum oil.
The Hesperia farmer and others would be required to develop and implement spill prevention plans for milk storage tanks.

A Google search for "EPA forms" lists nearly 100,000 references. Could it be that the EPA is destroying the rain forests with it's plethora of forms?

They also define intermittent streams as "navigable waters" and liquid wastes as "solid waste" - only in the US.
