Good morning ALL :)

After selling off into close in light volume, we now have positive divergences on 60m and daily price actions. Furthermore, market breadth is also showing positive divergence.

Markets closed at or near critical and pivotal LT supports.

Asian markets sold off except $SSEC and Euro markets are also negative at the moment.

However, with the positive divergences and post-climactic volume actions, a reversal is likely at this point.

Hi OGM, yes, also a few other stocks as well as he is bullish on rails and health care. However, it seems that big short hedge funds were aligning to short market with the subprime drama as we can see on COT.

Sure, the media is killing all Bullish confidence during the last few weeks. The crowd sentiment goes overboard... as I have anticipated a correction, but didn't expect this much fear drama.

Well, will see how the day ends, but, as noted, positive divergences are building a good case for bulls.

Good luck :)

PS just hearing that other billionaires are buying at this level as well, Soros.

SPY premkt low of 142.15 vs. decline low of 142.53...now trading at 142.67....FWIW my FF, 1421 could easily be the SPX cash low today, though 1405 area is a fib extension target

Qs traded to 46.50 +/- in premarket low. With the overshoot market actions with volatility, buying at this level is reasonable.

Supports: SPX 1400 +/-, Qs 46.30 +/- and DOW 13000 +/-
