Bullish or Bearish?

I have been saying for long time this market should have gone down ....but are we still bullish or turned bearish? Personally, I am bearish for some months now. Graph below says not yet into a bear market...but very very close.

simple answer, something that I have been following.
It s not like you showed us your cycle work about the turning point we are going to experience in today or tomorrow.
