I'm looking for an index that tracks companies that see the majority (or largest portion) of their income/revenue from Federal government contracts. Know of one?

Not a "defense" index per se. Yes, an index with FLR would be ok. TARP? Sure, why not? Federally-owned corporations welcome.

TARP Index

"The index enables investors to track the performance of U.S.-listed securities that are participating in U.S. government sponsored relief programs such as the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) or other direct government investments"

Huh! You guy weren't kidding about the TARP index. So, an index low-weighted in defense and TARP. The odds are really against me here, aren't they? :P
