THE fact is.....barbera like me is looking for the epicenter of primary wave 3 up.........he correctly labels the top of 2007 as wave B........the current decline wave C......of primary wave 2.........when it turns.........it shudnt look back......whether or not we have to wait for the next 4 year cycle to bottom this bullish corrective wave is the only question....in every C wave decline most of the time bears tend to over play their hands.......
