i will make this brief:
remember, as i have said often, all my purchases since the 10/10 bar have been for cash. cash that is speculative/investment money, nothing borrowed or margined in any way. no good poker player puts all his money in on the deal and he may be quite willing to meet any bets as the hand unfolds. if he believes he has a great hand, he bets it that way and welcomes the raises.
that's me; that's now.
so, how can i be "wrong"? i think this a VERY rare opportunity for reasons i have mentioned ad nauseum. my view is this: for this trading campaign at this time, the only way for me to be wrong is for america to be finished. but i do not believe any of the doomsday scenario's: none!
period.
if i am wrong and america is finished, then the whole casino will come crashing down on all the players. again, i don't believe any of that will happen. i am, and should be, on moderation for the good of us all, so will not be able to respond to any comments.
p.s. i may make a post, later, on the TWO lindsay-type HIGH-HIGH-LOW cycles which hit yesttitty, 3/3, tieing together 5/19/08, 8/11/08. 10/10/08, and 11/21/08 on the single date of 3/3/09 as a FINAL LOW. if those cycles did IT the lift-off (on the daily chart) will be magnificent.
why i don't think i am wrong; why i bull rant

k:
i agree about GE. something - some kind of active fed/treasury/ge discussion - is going on behind the scenes. the 2.50 puts have been busy for a while, so we know what that would mean.
my question is this: are "they" really going to let a company with a huge presence in the commercial paper and bond markets go BK?
