1 in 5 in the u.s. are underwater. i'd say the figure is more like 1-3 on my block.

Keep those new listings coming our way. Can't believe 111K (REO) at Manhatten for 2 bed, 2 bath.
Those are nice places. In Waikiki that would easily be 500K+ - even today!
my house is still worth $400k here (1/2, 900 sq. 60 yrs. old). probably worth $40k in kentucky

nobody lives in detroit........the surrounding burbs are fabulous however.....8 million people live in the burbs....
