What package ? There is no package. Chineese officials haven't heard anything about that new super duper package. I guess this trade is gone untill the next meeting of their central communist party cabinet. We can probably gamble this ahead of every monthly meeting. Like the Fed ... The idea of a stimulus package in a pseudo communist country is laughable. To Americans government intervention has always been greeted with reluctance, fear and skepticism. In China government intervention is...well, for starters it's not intervention.
