SPX & NDX did not generate a sell...NYSI and NASI 'trend indicators' have not turned down...however, GOOG and APPL (two market leaders) are clearly signaling that caution is warranted...

technology could take a hard hit this go round...the two indicators directly below price are for intermediate swing trading...the other longer term indicators are not bullish...possible H&S pattern...first significant stop on the down elevator could be the July lows...time will tell.
