You guys are simply the best. One of the disciplines of trading is knowing when NOT to trade. I’ve just logged in and expected to see some trading entries. Much to my surprise, there’s NONE. Not only that, but there’re only 6 new postings since yesterday. This is impressive.

This reminds me of the tense moment of the train sequence in the 1952 western classic, High Noon. While awaiting the train arrival, the whole town almost stood still. Camera brilliantly captured the tension by panning over vacant streets, empty chair, ticking clock, etc.

Yep, so we wait… Just because we day trade doesn’t mean we have to trade everyday.

Have a great day, guys.

Here is a descending triangle breakout of an
ascending wedge. Probably somebody out
there will trade it.

hi selecto,if you extend the hrizontal line a bit to the left you are also looking at a possible H+S with the same target,if she breaks.

Great observation, selecto & pisces. That could be the train that the town's waiting for... The right shoulder might've been stretched a little nonetheless..

Well, another textbook example of a failed expectation reversal... So, we continue to wait... spx002.gif

Hi Tech...what do you mean by "the town almost stood still". The buildings always stand still as such. And the people would surely just go about their normal work/chores?
