Now this is a market leader. With fundies. Picture perfect. Sign of where the market goes? I think so.
If it can be cornered, it will.

Maybe so.

i refuse to go long on health care sector, no matter what the potential profit. My reason? Ethics, or violations thereof.

it should be called disease management sector.

And without going into details, i think the whole industry has some serious ethical issues.

Wall St., ETHICS? Now I'm really curious as to what stock or sector you would touch. I'm with Cramer on this one. Stocks are for making money. I reserve my judgements for my personal life. My track record sucks when judgeing much else.

you are both right - but i think with so many thousnd stocks, you dont have to be long a company that is against your principles - remember not buying DOW cause they made napalm, or investing in a clean energy company not only because it is undervalued, but because it also made "moral sense"? you can have both.... i cant buy certain companies that I hate, but I will short them if they become ripe - ex: I admire Toll brothers and am forever grateful they stepped in and "saved" the MET broadcasts after Texaco pulled out, so even when I decided to short homebuilders, i didnt short them - there are just so many to choose from, I didnt need to.
best,
