Can I start up a bank of my own?

I am sure I can run a bank as a better competitor to these clowns... The interest rates paid to the depositors set by the market forces only... Issue a new banking currency backed by real hard assets even if they are dominated by USD within US... No credit system whatsoever, all transactions settled in cash or real collateral against the banks' depositors, so no chance to go bust since there is no leverage, but losses can occur... These simple concepts are abandoned decades ago and they wonder why the banks need the taxpayer money during the crises...

I think you should go for it. I will be happy to short your stock so you can run it up up up with no fear at all. Dayum I am getting hurt shorting banks.
