You are right. I am very happy having a 5% of net worth (ex house) in TWM and everything else in cash waiting for a bottom. I'd like to add to my shorts but, I'm too much of a coward - maybe on a bounce. I think the "Shame me" rules are in effect for the average investor. They will be getting out. Shame me once, shame on you - 2008/09 Shame me twice, shame on me - now. When the headlines are "Stocks are dead" - time to get in.
