Market internals which you haven't seen

SPX closed at 1483.95 above 50dma 1482, Nasdaq closed at 2601.06 above 50dma 2593.07, DOW cloesd at 13424.88 above dma 13420.41

Also SPX closed above Symmetrical Triangle on close basis with positive divergence on money flow.

I alerted the positive divergence on money flow during Mar 2007 before market rallied.

Equity p/c ratio is consistently positive since the last week while DOW p/c ratio is bearish.

Even with the low volume trading due to holiday trading, Technical, especially positive divergence on SPX money flow, provides positive outlook.

Either my platform gives me wrong prices or yours.
I can see FTSE100 down 40pts and DAX down 50pts.

SPX closed at 1483.95 above 50dma 1482, Nasdaq closed at 2601.06 above 50dma 2593.07, DOW cloesd at 13424.88 above dma 13420.41

Also SPX closed above Symmetrical Triangle on close basis with positive divergence on money flow.

I alerted the positive divergence on money flow during Mar 2007 before market rallied.

Seeing the positive side of the weak USD, it is not worrisome as if we don't have anything to gain from weakening USD. It could break 79.

Weak $USD will encourage tourists... Entire US could be like the state of Florida? Jammed with tourists?

Have to hunk them to move forward even after turned on green light.

Advantages

* Consumer sees lower prices on foreign products/services.
* Lower prices on foreign products/services help keep inflation low.
* U.S. consumers benefit when they travel to foreign countries.
* U.S. investors can purchase foreign stocks/bonds at "lower" prices.

Disadvantages

* U.S. firms find it harder to compete in foreign markets.
* U.S. firms must compete with lower priced foreign goods.
* Foreign tourists find it more expensive to visit U.S.
* More difficult for foreign investors to provide capital to U.S. in times of heavy U.S. borrowing.



Weakening Dollar
Advantages

* U.S. firms find it easier to sell goods in foreign markets.
* U.S. firms find less competitive pressure to keep prices low.
* More foreign tourists can afford to visit the U.S.
* U.S. capital markets become more attractive to foreign investors.

Disadvantages

* Consumers face higher prices on foreign products/services.
* Higher prices on foreign products contribute to higher cost-of-living.
* U.S. consumers find traveling abroad more costly.
* Harder for U.S. firms and investors to expand into foreign markets.

I still have my doubts though as far as the SPX is concerned; you said it broke above the triangle but if you draw your line taking into account the highs then it did not. I guess we will just have to wait and see tomorrow or the next few days. Have a look...

Since 8/16 reversal call, traders are digging heels.

It happens every market reversal, will see.

Positive divergence on Money Flow - QQQQ



Every market calls, EVERY market calls... many traders are digging heels from my reversal calls to all the way to top for the most of the time.

I am being careful, will see.
