Mixed signals - We look to have a bullish spring available on the daily on the SPX. Nasdaq did not test it's low from yesterday, yet. I'm expecting a bounce in this period... but again, all surprises tend to come on the downside in a bear market. Today is the end of the Gann Turn Window... next 65 minutes is make or break this market.

Frankly, I think the sh&t is about to hit the proverbial fan. Will we see the FED act soon with some more emergency injections ? (that won't work ?) Then when people see this ain't working, we start seeing massive liquidations across the board of everything, I'm afraid.

Yeah, I don't mix fundamentals with technicals though. Direction is not good enough for me, I need to know WHERE it TURNS...

We did not get much of a spring there, lasted about 30 min and went nowhere... However we didn't break any highs or lows on lighter volume on the last candle so the door is still WIDE OPEN to test that low now. Candle count trends are positive here on SPX, COMPX, and QQQQ here 3 min basis. We're not getting much price appreciation for those positives though, so stand by for things to turn back down if there is no volume follow through between now and 12:40.

Well, here's the deal now on Nasdaq. It has plenty of volume available to break the low, it has already broken yesterday's high at the open... cheap trick eh? Break the high on vapor, then develop daily volume on a crash, don't break the previous low and spring it. Are they that good? We'll see. If that low does break... it could be catastrophic. (2199)
