Remember, out of the past 27 weeks, 21 of them have been in BUY territory.
AAII can be mighty early, as we've seen and it's USUALLY very early on important tops.
This last one is the exception...unless one views the entire "Bear" as an anomaly.
I'll be writing on this one in the ISA Navigator to be sure.
